  • Our First Senior Class Made Us Proud

    In June 2012, Washington Latin graduated its first senior class. This class of 42 seniors set the bar quite high for future classes at Latin. Of all students in the class of 2012 who attended Washington Latin in 9th grade, 93% graduated within four years. This 93% graduation rate was the highest of any non-selective public school in the District of Columbia. Read More

  • Tier 1 Again!

    Again in 2012 Washington Latin’s Middle and High  Schools were rated Tier 1 by The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board. Our Middle School was one of only 4 charter schools to be recognized as a Reward school by the Office of the State Superintendent of Education. Latin’s High School had the highest overall score and reenrollment rate of any charter high school on the Charter Board’s Performance Management Framework. Read More
